Only sign in through buylcr.com. Be wary of lookalike domains or messages that pressure you to act immediately.

Scammers may send messages about “delivery issues,” “customs fees,” or “account suspension” while pretending to be carriers or BUYLCR.

If you receive a suspicious message, do not click links or download attachments. Open BUYLCR directly and check your order status, or contact support via Messages on our site.

If you believe a product is unsafe, stop using it and contact BUYLCR support with your order ID and photos when possible.

Recall and product safety alerts are published here when available. We review valid reports promptly and may remove listings that violate our standards.
