Shipping Policy

Orders are usually packed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

Items with different warehouse availability may ship in separate packages at no extra cost.

Typical delivery windows after the package ships:

BUYLCR offers free standard shipping on most orders; the cart shows any exceptions before you pay. Expedited shipping, where available, shows its fee at checkout.

Once your package ships, a tracking number appears in Orders & Account. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to show the first movement.

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. Where required by law, these charges are collected by the carrier or at checkout. BUYLCR is not responsible for delays caused by customs review.

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or the estimated window has passed by more than 15 business days, contact support with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, where a package is confirmed lost, offer a free reshipment or a full refund.

Packages marked as delivered but not received: check with household members and neighbors first, then contact support within 14 days so we can open a carrier investigation.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Address changes after an order ships may not be possible; BUYLCR is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrectly entered address.
